Let's get active





Let’s Get Active is a chair based exercise group aimed at improving mobility, strength and balance. We include exercises with a large rubber band, parachute, seated hockey, seated football and standing balance. There are two sessions with tea/coffee and chat in between.

We meet every Friday at 10am - 11am for exercise followed by half an hour for tea/coffee and chat. The second exercise session starts at 11.30am - 12.30pm. You can come along for either session, but don’t forget to either stay after the 10am session for tea or come early at 11am for tea before the second session.

On the last Friday of each month we pop along to the Blue Stoops for a well earned lunch! Come along and give it a try. As is often said -" Use it or lose it!"

Your first session is free the there is a charge of £3 per person per session. No need to book
