We’ve just enjoyed our second Holiday at Home together!

Where were you?

Back in Summer a group of us enjoyed five days holiday with all the fun and laughter of a shared holiday with all the perks of not having to do the cooking (or the washing up), not having to rush about but proceed at a very leisurely pace, enjoying each others company whilst not having to think about packing for a week or having to get used to a strange bed!

 For four of the five days we got together and did workshops, played games and had discussion groups and talked, and talked and talked and…….. (you get the idea!). On the middle day we had a trip out to Southwell, taking in the cathedral, heading off to the workhouse (we did all come back from there) or visiting with friends, enjoying a delicious meal out as part of a lovely day.

This February we enjoyed a Winter Warmer, three days to chase away the winter blues. The weather, as it happened was unexpectedly balmy and the time together reminiscing and chatting over wonderful food very enjoyable- our next event is planned for the last week of July- Why don’t you think about joining us?
