Child Protection at St Johns

St Johns Parish Church Council has been keen to safeguard children within the Church Family and adopted a Child Protection Policy in 2003. 

We have recently decided to raise the profile of this work and ensure that everyone within the parish is aware of what is being done and knows whom to contact if they have any concerns.

Over the forthcoming months Criminal Record Bureau Checks will finally be completed on all those working with our children and young people.

The First aid kit remains available in the Church Centre kitchen and there is an ongoing training programme for leaders.
